Troubleshooting Guides

App won't open

  • Force-quit the app and relaunch.
  • Check for pending App Store updates.
  • Restart your device to clear cached resources.

Daily verse not updating

  • Confirm you have a stable internet connection for verse syncing.
  • Pull down on the Home tab to trigger a refresh.
  • Verify system date/time is set automatically.

AI reflection not appearing

  • Ensure Apple Intelligence is enabled if your device supports it.
  • Toggle AI reflections off/on in Settings.
  • If on-device processing is unavailable, allow secure cloud fallback.

Search results not matching

  • Clear recent searches and retry with key phrases.
  • Use the reference format (Book Chapter:Verse) for precise matches.
  • Download the latest content pack under Settings > Library.
